Little known fact: there are actually three phases to Mercury retrograde. The pre-retrograde zone when Mercury begins to slow down, that began on May 14th. The actual retrograde which is when the communication planet starts its moonwalk, which commenced on May 29th and lasted until June 22nd. And, the post-retroshade transit which is when Mercury recovers its steps for the third time, which lasts until July 7th. All of these phases can affect us greatly, which is why we are in need of some self-care post-retrograde.
Here are some tips for each sun sign to practice during the post-retrograde phase to decompress until July 7th.
Aries
Aries rules the head, which is why a nice head massage is ideal for Aries to loosen up their anxieties — especially after Mercury retrograde. A gentle head rub will help to reduce stress and will allow the ram to have a calm sense of being.
Taurus
The best way for the ball to implement self-care is to have a hearty meal, one that will fill them up and make them feel a sense of peace. As an earth sign, they’ll appreciate the marvelous sensation their tummy will feel from good food.
Gemini
Well, it sure has been a long retrograde for the Mercurial sign Gemini. All the more reason why the airy zodiac sign should take a moment away from their phones and emails in the name of self-care to think about how to mend recent miscommunications.
Cancer
The crab has successfully stayed away from all the drama That has occurred over the past few weeks from the retrograde. They should still stay in their cocoon and rest until July 7th to about the post-retrograde aftershocks that are still permeating in the air.
Leo

Pisces
