How to Apply: Use the doe-foot applicator to apply the brightener directly onto the under eye area. Gently blend with your fingers or a beauty sponge. To help conceal dark circle and blur fine lines, apply the concealer onto under eye area in a triangular shape, then blend. For a lifted look, apply the concealer to the inner corner and outer corner of your eye, in an upward motion.
