Our Favorite Looks & Tips to Make Them Yours

Looking for some beauty inspo? We picked some of our favorite looks from the Unconventional Materials Challenge on Project Runway Junior’s second episode, when the designers created custom ensembles with unexpected items—pool toys. Transforming inflatable plastic to a wearable look? No easy task!

The Winning Look

Winning Look

Recreate the gorgeous green eye makeup of the episode’s winning look with just a few key pieces. Makeup artist Scott Patric used gold and green eye shadow from our Palm Paradise ShadowClutch Wardrobe Duo. Add a coat of Double Decker Lashes Mascara to thicken and curl your lashes—no lash curler needed. For a finishing touch apply a soft pink nail polish like Pink Knickers Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer.

The Look: Blue Eye Liner

Blue Eye Pencil Makeup

Another high-impact look we like featured brilliant blue eye makeup with a bright pink lip. Recreate the theme by lining your upper and lower lash lines with our Inky Six Eye Pencil, then prep your lips with a 2-in-1 gloss and lip colour, Tickled Pink Liquid Lipstick.

The Look: Bright Red & Gold

Gold Makeup and Bright Red Lipstick

For this shimmery look, reach for Glazen Eye Gloss in Frosted and a creme matte lip colour with a velvety finish. We recommend Ladybird Moisture Matte Lipstick followed by a plumping plush rush lip gloss in a light shade like Pillow Talk. Add a bold red nails with a pigment-rich polish, Her Majesty’s Red Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer for a high-shine mani that lasts up to 10 days.

The Look: Light Pink Lip

Pink Lip and Glazen Eye Makeup

Love a classic pink hue? Get the full effect with Plush Rush Lip Gloss in Flash Mob, a high-shine gloss that plumps your lips! For the eye look, the makeup artist used Glazen Eye Gloss in Spark—it’s crease-resistant and buildable, so start with 1 coat of the pudding-like potion, and add more for maximum impact. Polish off the look with our Minted Trend Nail Lacquer.
